Street Foods by Punjab Grill
A quick-service kiosk built for one of India's busiest airport terminals.

The brief
Bring a recognised F&B brand into a high-footfall airport terminal as a compact quick-service counter — one that reads instantly from across the concourse, serves fast, and withstands relentless daily use, all within the tight fit-out window an airport allows.
What we did
We planned the counter around speed in a small footprint: a clear order-to-pickup path, a display that does the selling, and back-of-counter workflow that keeps a queue moving. Finishes and the service counter were built in our own workshop in durable, airport-grade materials, with the brand carried through the counter face, menu and signage so the unit is unmistakable at a glance.
Because the fabrication happened in-house, we could hit the terminal's handover schedule without the delays that come from juggling separate vendors.
The result
A branded, high-throughput kiosk that fits the concourse, moves customers quickly and holds up to airport wear — and a repeatable template the brand can carry into other terminals.
